Chad Lewis
Chad Lewis plays a critical leadership role at MD Logic, overseeing the company’s data center operations, software deployment, and customer support services. With extensive expertise in healthcare technology infrastructure and client support management, Chad is responsible for ensuring that MD Logic customers receive reliable performance, secure access, and the highest level of customer service possible.
As Manager of Software Support Services and Data Center Operations, Chad oversees the selection, implementation, and management of networking systems, hardware infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and overall data center operations for the state-of-the-art MD Logic cloud environment. He also manages the deployment of MD Logic software solutions and leads the company’s software support team, helping ensure customers throughout the United States and internationally receive responsive, knowledgeable support.
Since joining MD Logic in 2002, Chad has become an expert in the implementation, support, and management of MD Logic software and services. Under his leadership, the MD Logic data center environment has expanded significantly, growing to support the company’s rapidly increasing cloud-based customer base and international operations. His commitment to reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction continues to play an important role in the company’s ongoing success and growth.
Chad is passionate about technology and continuously invests time researching and studying the latest advancements in hardware, virtualization, cybersecurity, and software infrastructure. His hands-on technical expertise and dedication to operational excellence make him a valuable leader within the MD Logic organization.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter while continuing to explore the latest developments in technology and innovation.
