Fully Integrated

The MD Logic Telehealth feature is fully integrated with the MD Logic EHR Software, giving providers a fast, simple, and highly efficient way to conduct virtual visits without leaving the patient chart. Rather than switching between separate systems or launching outside applications, providers can document care and simply select the “Start Telehealth” button directly within MD Logic. With one touch, the system automatically sends a text message to the patient’s smartphone containing a secure link to join the visit.

Patient Friendly

From the patient’s perspective, the process is just as easy. The patient simply clicks the link in the text message and is automatically connected to the telehealth session. On the provider side, the patient’s live video image appears on the screen, allowing the visit to begin quickly and without unnecessary technical steps. Because telehealth is built directly into the MD Logic EHR, providers can continue documenting care, reviewing the patient’s health records, and accessing important clinical information—all on the same screen—while still maintaining eye contact and communication with the patient throughout the encounter.

Intuitive Telehealth

When the virtual visit is complete, the provider simply selects “End Telehealth”, and the video session immediately ends and disappears from the screen, allowing the provider to continue seamlessly with the next task or patient. The result is a telehealth workflow that is intuitive, efficient, and fully aligned with the way providers already use the EHR.
