Nicole Arcand is responsible for overseeing MD Logic’s corporate training division and ensuring that clients receive some of the highest quality EHR and Practice Management training in the healthcare technology industry. Since joining MD Logic in 2008, Nicole has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, helping healthcare providers successfully implement and optimize MD Logic software solutions.

Throughout her career with MD Logic, Nicole and her team of corporate trainers have worked with a wide range of healthcare organizations—from solo physicians and small specialty clinics to large multi-provider practices with hundreds of employees. Regardless of the size or complexity of the organization, Nicole focuses on delivering detailed implementation strategies, customized workflows, and hands-on training designed to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to the MD Logic platform.

A graduate of University of Georgia with a degree in marketing, Nicole first met MD Logic founder Thomas J. Bierster, Jr. while working for a local marketing company. Impressed by her professionalism, communication skills, and outgoing personality, Mr. Bierster encouraged her to interview with MD Logic. Following a successful interview, Nicole joined the company and quickly became an integral part of the MD Logic leadership and training team.

Nicole takes great pride in working closely with healthcare providers and staff across more than 25 specialties of medicine. Her ongoing interaction with physicians, administrators, and clinical teams provides valuable insight into the real-world challenges practices face each day. This hands-on experience has made Nicole an important contributor to product development discussions, workflow enhancements, and the recommendation of new features designed to improve efficiency and save time for MD Logic customers. Passionate about helping practices succeed, Nicole is always focused on identifying workflow improvements that allow healthcare providers and staff to spend more time concentrating on patient care rather than administrative tasks.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and family and is a passionate supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs.
