Tim McKenna
Tim McKenna oversees all aspects of sales, marketing, and strategic business growth for MD Logic. With more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and healthcare technology, Tim has played a key role in expanding the company’s national presence and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers throughout the United States and internationally. As Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Tim provides strong leadership to the MD Logic sales organization while ensuring his team remains current with the latest advancements in healthcare technology and workflow solutions.
Tim’s sales career began with the Lanier Corporation, where he gained extensive experience selling advanced technology solutions before transitioning into the healthcare market. His passion for healthcare technology eventually led him to establish his own medical business systems company serving physicians throughout Florida. Following a mutual introduction with MD Logic founder Thomas J. Bierster, Jr. in 1995, Tim joined MD Logic and quickly became an instrumental part of the company’s growth. In 1997, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales, helping guide MD Logic through decades of expansion and innovation.
Throughout his career with MD Logic, Tim has met with thousands of physicians, administrators, and healthcare professionals while participating in hundreds of medical conferences and trade shows across the country and abroad. His ability to evaluate the workflow and operational needs of medical practices allows him to recommend customized solutions designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability for healthcare providers.
Tim and his sales team utilize the latest technology to demonstrate the power and capabilities of the MD Logic software platform. He continues to enjoy introducing healthcare providers to innovative solutions that positively impact productivity, patient care, and practice operations. His deep understanding of healthcare technology, combined with his passion for helping physicians succeed, has made him a trusted advisor and valuable resource for MD Logic clients.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, grandchildren and their Golden Retriever. He is an avid golfer, passionate baseball card collector, and dedicated fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A graduate of Florida State University with a background in business and marketing, Tim proudly continues to support his alma mater and its athletic programs.
